Salads are a great starter and go with all main meals. Simply add your favourite salad ingredients to make the perfect beginning to your valentines meal.
- Red Pepper - ¼, Large, Chopped
- Lettuce - Small
- Cucumber - ½, Medium
- Tomatoes - 2, Small
- Sweetcorn - As Desired
- Wash the red pepper, lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber. Rinse the sweetcorn.
- Cut the lettuce into smaller pieces, chop the tomatoes and cucumber into desired shapes.
- Arrange into serving dishes and sprinkle with red pepper and sweetcorn.
