
Mushroom Filling for Rolls and Sandwiches
This mushroom spread can be served on its own inside sandwiches and rolls, or with your favourite salad ingredients. It can also work as a side dip.
Ingredients
- Mushrooms - 4, Finely Chopped
- Onion - ¼, Small, Finely Chopped
- Vegan Margarine - 1 Tbsp
- Black Pepper - ¼ Tsp
Instructions
- Fry the mushrooms and onion in vegan margarine with the black pepper and cook until soft.
- Place in blender and mix until desired consistency is achieved.
